Strap has a locking, forged steel carabiner that hooks into any universal gym, and can support up to 350lbs each strap. Inside bottom of strap has 1 1/2” thick heavy duty, high density foam to support and cushion the arms during use. Foam is covered by high abrasion, supple vinyl that can be wiped down after use. Side straps have been lined with a plush nylon fabric that protects the arms and makes the Ab Strap easier and more comfortable to use.
